Chapter 11
It’s been too long
Miley’s POV
I couldn’t breathe at that moment. Nothing came out of my mouth after that. All this time I kept thinking Nick and I will never happen. People are staring and of course the paparazzi are here taking pictures, but I didn’t care. The man I love he loves me too. I dropped my luggage as I jumped up and wrapped by legs around his waist, giving him a passionate kiss as he smiles. He pulls away and stares at me.
“You’re always the one for me. I should have known that from the beginning.” He kisses me again as I hug me tightly.
“Well I tried to tell you, but you were all obsessed with Samantha.” I giggle.
“Well now I’m obsessed with you and I can’t imagine life without you.” He cups my face as I lean in too and our lips meet. This was a kiss of us missing each other and I definitely don’t want to lose Nick again.
“Wow Nick are you going to stalk me now, but seriously you know what sucks you got to wait 2 more months for me.” My smile fades away and is replaced with a frown.
“Miley I don’t care, I can wait a million years for you.” He stares at me in the eyes and I knew he was right. Look at that people I’m actually not caring about what other people think and for once something good is happening for us; well kind of.
“That’s good to hear because I don’t want to come home and find you dating some other girl.” My face turns serious as I said that.
“I won’t. Unlike other guys, I can control my hormones and be with one girl at a time.” I grab a hold of her hand as our hands intertwine; like two missing puzzles.
I hear my flight be called as Nick sighs. “I hope you’re not lying because I really don’t feel like losing you again.”I touch his cheek as he kisses my hand.
“I promise when you come back it will be me and you again.” I moved a piece of hair out of her face as I kiss her soft lips that I could kiss all day.
“Okay I believe you, but I think I should go.” I pick up my luggage.
“I’m going to miss seeing your beautiful face.” He caresses my cheek as I feel tears go down my cheeks.
“Nick you’re making saying goodbye a lot more harder.” As I step closer and kiss his cheek. “I’ll miss seeing you’re sexy, beautiful and gorgeous face too.”
He chuckles at me as he wipes my tears. “Wow you think I’m that good-looking, damn I’m lucky to have girlfriend like you.”
I smile at the word girlfriend. “Yes you are, but Nick don’t forget me okay?”
“I won’t Miles, you better go.” He kisses me one last time as I wrap my arms around his neck.
I pull away and trace his face. “I love you Nick.” I peck his lips as I slowly walk away.
He watches her walk away as he feels tears in his eyes. “Damn I’m crying, but only Miley Cyrus can make me do that. I love you too Miles. See you in 2 months.” He mutters as he walks the other direction.
2 months later
I’m sitting in a chair as Selena is curling my hair. “Sel I’m so nervous I haven’t seen him in 2 months.”
She giggles as she does my make up next. “Miles it’ll go great. Plus you and Nick have been apart far too long.”
I smile to myself as I remember our goodbyes. “I just hope he still feels the same about me as I do about him.”
Selena finishes my make up as she smiles. “He will and once he sees how hot you look, he’ll faint.”

Her eyes widen. “Well you do like wearing short sexy stuff, so it’s your life and I can’t tell what to do wear.”

That’s when I see her smile. “I love it and it’s really nice to see in something that isn’t too revealing.”
“Me too.” I agree with her and I don’t need to dress like a slut.
At the New Year’s Party
“ Bro I bet you’re nervous to see your girlfriend after 2 months?” Joe asks.
“Yeah I hope she didn’t change or turn into some diva.” As I said that I hear a knock, so I go to the open the door.
“Howdy Nick! So are you going to let me and the love of your life in?” As soon as Selena said that, Miley appeared and I had huge smile on my face.
“Yeah of course.” I open the door wider as they both walk in.
“Damn Miles you were right his brother is cute. I’ll talk to you later bestie.” Selena exclaims as she walks over to Joe.
I look at Nick who is staring at me. “What?”
He smiles wider as he holds my hand. “You look amazing that I can’t stop staring.”
I smile back as I lean in and kiss him. Man I haven’t kissed those lips in 2 months and the wait was worth it. “Good because I’m done be Slutty Cyrus and I want you to see the real me.”
He kisses back as I kiss back hungrily. “I’m glad you’re being yourself, but I have surprise for you.” He pulls away and puts his forehead against mine.
I bite my bottom lip as I look at him. “What exactly is it?” Do I seem nervous? Hell yeah I am
“You know I’ve known you for 4 months now and we haven’t gotten a chance to have a real relationship, but we don’t need that.” He pulls something out of his pocket.
I try to understand what he is saying. Is he saying he doesn’t want me? “What are trying to say Nick?”
He looks me in the eyes. “I’m saying I love you and I want to be with you forever.”
I slowly gasp as he opens the box and there in it is a ring. “Nick I do love, but you’re right we haven’t got to act like couple at all, so what if it doesn’t work?” I ask as my hands start shaking. Oh my god he is making me nervous!
“I promise you it will work and if it doesn’t at least we tried.” He takes the ring and pulls my hand up. “So what do you say Miss Miley Cyrus?”
I nod as he slips the ring on my finger. Everyone starts clapping as my eyes well up in tears. Lacey runs up and I hug her. “Yay I’m gonna have a mommy!” She says happily.
I kiss her cheek as I hug her tighter. “I love you Lacey so much.” I know this is all new to me, but maybe being a mother is what I need. At least I have Nick because he is the perfect dad.
Nick walks up and joins the hug. “I love you guys both so much.”
Both Selena and Joe whistle. “See I knew Niley was going to happen.” Selena says as Joe smiles at her. “Nick thinks I’m crazy for calling them Niley, but when you say it, it makes it sound cooler.”
I giggle as I look at the clock 5…4…3…2…1.. “Happy New Years babe. Was it everything you expected?”
He smiles as he kisses me. “More than I expected.” I see Lacey cover her eyes. “You guys kiss too much.”
