Give Love A Try//Chapter 14:The End
The Day before Nick and Demi leave
Miley’s POV
This was the last night Nick and I would be together because he leaves the next day. Nick is only guy I can say I truly love because he knew exactly what life I came from and took me as I am. He also gave me so much confidence and made me believe in myself more. It really sucks that he is leaving tomorrow and I won’t see him for another month which doesn’t seem long, but to me it feels like forever.
Nick walks in and sees me sitting on the couch; wrapped in a blanket and watching TV. He sits next to me and wraps his arms around me while whispering in my ear, “I missed you babe”.
I look up at him and his brown orbs staring at my blue orbs. “I missed you too Nicky.” I reply while tangling my hand into his. He kisses me on the lips as my smile gets wider. “So what do you want to do?” He asks as I think of what we could do. “Um we could watch a movie.” I say while expecting Nick to say no since what guy likes to watch chick flicks.
“Sure I mean we haven’t done that in awhile.” He replies while looking at the movies I picked out earlier.
“So I kind of want to watch Dear John, but if you want some action flick we can do that.” I said knowing I strongly hate action movies, but since I love Nick then I’ll watch them for him.
“I don’t mind watching Dear John, I know you like watching those movies and I wouldn’t want to take that smile off your face by saying no.” He says as I peck his lips before I put the movie in.
After the movie
Nick’s POV
I really needed to talk to Miley about something important that could change everything. I wanted to tell her all day, but I knew I had to keep it a secret until tonight. I see her come back wearing sweatpants and one of mine t-shirts I gave. “You look really sexy in my shirt.” Ie say as I pull Miley close and wraps my arms around me.
“I thought you would say that.” She says while giggling.
My face soon enough turn serious which leaves Miley worried. “So I wanted to talk to you about something important.” I say with a grin.
He has something to tell me, but at the same time I do too. I’m not sure how he will take it, so I better get it over with. “I have to tell you something too.” Miley replies feeling really nervous.
“Well you go first.” I say. “No you go I mean yours is way more important than mine.” She says back.
“How about we say at same time since we can’t decide?” I ask.
Miley nods feeling even more nervous as she regrets what she’s about to say. “Okay” She answers back.
We both take a deep breath as say what we need to say at same time. “I think we should break up”. She says while I say I am staying.
“You want to break up?” I ask with my eyes widen and looking pale as a ghost.
“And you’re staying?” Miley asks as I hear her voice crack and clearly shocked as I am.
“Yeah that’s what I’ve been wanting to tell you all day, but now that I find out you want to break up. I don’t know what to think.” I say as I look away.
Miley suddenly feel bad, but she seriously didn’t see that coming that I wanted to stay. “I know but I thought it was best for us since you were leaving.” She says feeling confused at what is going to happen.
“That’s why I convinced my parents for letting Demi and I stay here. I told them how much I love you and how great you are. I told them I would be miserable if I left.” I say as Miley get tears in her eyes.
“Wow now I feel bad for telling us to break up when you’re actually staying.” She says in a sad voice. I bet he is mad at me for thinking breaking up is best choice.
“Don’t feel bad I mean we both saw this day coming and clearly anything could have happened, but I’m hoping since I’m staying you might still want to be with me.” I reply as I wait for her response.
A smile appears on her face as I can tell she is feeling happy. “Yeah I want to be with you. I mean you had me thinking you were leaving tomorrow, but now you’re staying. I’m like the happiest girl in the world now.” She says as she kisses me on the lips with so much passion and wrapping her arms around my neck.
1 month later
Miley’s POV
This past month so much happened. Nick moved into my house while Demi was happy to have the house to herself. I quit my job at the diner since I didn’t need it anymore. Taylor finally decided to give Selena a shot and now their dating. Selena and I are finally beginning to be friends. I never thought this summer I would fall in love and end up being friends with my enemy. I guess when you give love a try, really great things happen when you don’t expect them too. As for now, Nick and I have been dating for 4 months and we are really happy. We’ve had bumps along the way, but nothing that would tear us apart.

This is the last chapter but i do have another story idea and I'll be posting the trailer tonight, so i hope you guys liked this story and i cant wait to share with the new idea i have. This story was different for me to write because i switched from video to website, but i really liked how it turned out.:)
